“Due to a job change, I moved to North County in 1984 from Los Angeles. I didn’t know the area and landed in Escondido. My children and I were living in an apartment while we were looking for a home. Cindy helped find my dream home!
In those days, everything was spread out. Cindy took me to all of the neighborhoods – from rural ranch-style homes with cows and horses next door to tract homes. After some thought and serious discussion about what I really wanted in a home, she showed me the home that was just what I was looking for. When I walked in the front door, I knew I was home.
Cindy was right there for me during all of the steps that it took to become a homeowner. She answered all the questions I had, even if I asked again the next day.That’s been 21 years now, and I am still happy to walk into that door! OK, maybe it’s a different door, but it’s in the same spot! They say I’m in the minority with staying in one place so long, but I figure why change if I’m happy?
